A bit about the course:
The national accredited umpire course is the foundation level umpire course suitable for those who are interested in learning the basic rules of badminton umpiring including: basic rules, announcements, player conduct and court management.
This is a great foundation course for those who want to umpire at the local or state level and will set can candidates up well to progress to the national certificate level.
When and Where?
- Workshop – 11 November 2023 9am-5pm (location TBC – likely to be ANU)
- Written assessment – 12 November 2023 9am-12pm (location TBC – likely to be ANU)
- Practical assessment – 18 & 19 November 2023 at the ACT Open (AIS Basketball and Netball centre Bruce)
Cost: $40 per candidate
