Ari Junior Coaching and Socials Club
Notice: This club is for coaching mainly juniors, and adults from beginner to intermediate level. It also runs a parallel socials session for parents and visitors.

Coaching – beginner to intermediate level
When: Sunday, 1pm – 2.30pm
Age: 7 years onwards
Adult socials
When: Sunday, 1pm – 2.30pm
The Junior Coaching session will provide step by step guidance on using the correct techniques in badminton to level up your skills for more advanced games. It will equip learners with fundamental skills in badminton as well as game strategy, agility and endurance training as they advance.
Coaches
Sessions are conducted by BACT accredited, experienced coaches assisted by those who have played competitively at a national and state level, and currently playing competitively in ACT tournaments.
Fees:
Annual Membership Fee (Prorated for part calendar year membership): $50
Shuttle and coaching fees per session of 1.5 hours: $30
Social session: $15 for visitors, $10 for parents
Please note:
Junior coaching at Mt Stromlo HC operates only during the school term. Social sessions can continue during holidays depending on the interest.
If the courts are not available or if a session is cancelled by the club for any reason, the fees for that session will be credited to the next term. There will be no make up lessons for missed sessions for juniors as courts are pre-booked. Adults in the social session have the option to pay on a daily basis or per term.
